Speedworks on top In British G4 Championship Print E-mail
Jamie Stanley and Christian Dick steered there FOXINT.COM backed Ginetta G50 to the Top of the Avon Tyres British G4 Championship this weekend with a stunning win in race one and a solid second in race two.

In race one Stanley started and built up a 10 second lead over the ABG run KTM XBOW after the stops the XBOW began to close down the Ginetta and with just a few laps left to run Christian Dick drove the widest car on the circuit to fend off the KTM of Rory Butcher to score a very popular win.

 

In Race two the XBOW had the legs in the early stages and after the stops the Ginetta was able to close the Gap but not enough to mount a serious challenge for the lead. The overall result means that Speedworks Motorsport and ABG Motorsport are tied for the Championship lead of the G4 Class of the Avon Tyres British GT Championship.
